These last few weeks have been the busiest time of this semester for me, since it's near the end of classes and presentations, exams, and essays are all piling up. There hasn't been too much room for down time, but I did get the chance to go to Chris Tomlin's concert here in our city.
The concert was held at a pavillion, and we got to sit in the lawn section, which was pretty neat. It was my first time attending an event here, and it's definitely become one of my favorite places. I love that it's outside in the fresh air, and the roof makes the lights and sound spectacular.
I hadn't heard all of Chris Tomlin's new album (Love Ran Red) before the concert, but it really is wonderful. My favorite song he performed is called, The Table, and it's every bit as amazing on the actual album. If you're curious, I definitely recommend that song!
Here's a few pictures from the night :)

During the opening acts, when it was still light out.

My sister and I waiting during the intermission. It was hot, but at least the sun went down soon.

When the sun went down, we partied to "God's Great Dance Floor,"
because that song requires dancing.
